Butchered and cooked in house, in our Rational oven (the same as you will find in almost every Michelin starred Restaurants in the world).
We buy our animals live, so we get & use everything. Our beef is butchered in house, trimmed & prepared ready for curing. We cure our meat using no phosphates, meaning no water is trapped in the meat. Naturally succulent meat.
Try it with beetroot chutney, the flavour is wonderful, but it’s all about the texture.
