Large Minty Lamb Pie
All our lamb comes from my brother, who farms just outside Harrogate, it’s the best lamb in the uk!
The pastry is made in house from Italian lard (the best lard available globally), flour comes from a company in Knottingley, all put together in house & cooked fresh daily.
Bake from frozen 1 hour in a preheated 200c fan oven, on a cooking tray (makes it easier to lift out of the oven). Check for minimum internal temperature of 80c. Thrice cooked chips, cooked in our beef dripping & a minty lamb pie, tomato or mint sauce on the side.
