Our burgers are homemade in house using RSPCA Freedom Foods pork, farmed near Easingwold. Colin & his family have supplied our pork for the last 20+ years. Colinโ€™s 2 sons now work in the business ensuring our supply chain for the next generation. Made to our original recipe, we are constantly looking for new & interesting flavour profiles.

Free range pork, free range beef, tomato, parmesan cheese, chilli & cracked black pepper. A grown up burger.

For best results pan fry in a little oil or butter, BBQ, if time is short, sling them in the oven 180c to an internal temperature of 72c.
