Sausage, burgers & bacon master class. Price £85 including supper & food to take home.
Starting with minced pork & beef & a piece of pork, I shall demonstrate how we prepare sausage meat, burgers & bacon properly. The student will then be given some meat to craft a burger from & some pork to cure to make bacon.
Various meats will be cooked & sampled during the class
Question & answer takes place while we indulge.
Which cut is best, how to make it go further, best value, why do we cook like that etc. etc.
