Our sausages are homemade in house using RSPCA Freedom Foods pork, farmed near Easingwold. Colin & his family have supplied our pork for the last 20+ years. Colinโs 2 sons now work in the business ensuring our supply chain for the next generation. Made to our original recipe, we are constantly looking for new & interesting flavour profiles. Flavoursome sausage meat in the most tender sausage skin on the market.
Our most popular special sausage. Free range pork, red onion marmalade (we used to use caramelised onion, but found the red onion chutney gave a better flavour profile).
For best results pan fry in a little oil or butter, if time is short, sling them in the oven 180c to an internal temperature of 72c. Or make a sausage a sausage casserole.
