Pork master class, how to cut, skin, score, cook, rest & carve. Price £85 including supper & pork to take home.
Starting with a full side of pork, I shall demonstrate how we butcher the whole beast, the student will then be given a piece to butcher (you will take this home with you).
Various cuts of pork will be cooked & sampled during the class
Question & answer takes place while we indulge.
Which cut is best, how to make it go further, best value, why do we cook like that etc. etc.
