The pork used when we butcher & prepare our bacon is RSPCA Freedom Foods pork, farmed near Easingwold. Colin & his family have supplied our pork for the last 20+ years. Colin’s 2 sons now work in the business ensuring our supply chain for the next generation.

It’s butchered in house and between us we have over 150 years of butchery expertise. Minced seasoned mixed & pressed, ready for you to enjoy.

Bbq, grill, fry or put in the oven, as with all minced meats cook to a minimum internal temperature of 71c. Serve in an elite meat bread bap, little gem lettuce, crispy fried onion, tomato & gherkin. If you do not eat bread roast a large mushroom & serve with your burger.
