Minty Lamb Pie
All our lamb comes from my brother, who farms just outside Harrogate, itโs the best lamb in the uk! The pastry is made in house from Italian lard (the best lard available globally), flour comes from a company in Knottingley, all put together in house & cooked fresh daily.
Please donโt microwave (it wrecks the pastry). Pop into an oven atย 180c, pies need to be reheated to an internal temperature of 72c+. Thrice cooked chips, cooked in our beef dripping & a minty lamb pie, tomato or mint sauce on the side.
