Minty Lamb Pie

All our lamb comes from my brother, who farms just outside Harrogate, itโ€™s the best lamb in the uk! The pastry is made in house from Italian lard (the best lard available globally), flour comes from a company in Knottingley, all put together in house & cooked fresh daily.

Please donโ€™t microwave (it wrecks the pastry). Pop into an oven atย  180c, pies need to be reheated to an internal temperature of 72c+. Thrice cooked chips, cooked in our beef dripping & a minty lamb pie, tomato or mint sauce on the side.
