Our beef comes from Frank & family at Malham, reared on limestone moors, are a Native breed, grass fed and free range. No artificial fertiliser has been used on the land since the family arrived in 1929.

Cook in the roasting bag the joint comes in, see label for cooking times for rare, medium & well done. Serve with potatoes & veg and use the meat juices to make a wonderful gravy. Yorkshire puddings are always a great additions, add some eggs & flour to your order!
