Lamb master class, how to cut, cook, rest & carve. Price £85 including supper & lamb to take home.
Starting with a full side of lamb, I shall demonstrate how we butcher the whole beast, the student will then be given a piece to butcher (you will take this home with you).
Various cuts of lamb will be cooked & sampled during the class
Question & answer takes place during the dining of our large plate of goodies.
Which cut is best, how to make it go further, best value, why do we cook like that etc. etc.
