Butchered and cooked in house, in our Rational oven (the same as you will find in almost every Michelin starred Restaurants in the world).

Our hams is butchered in house, skinned, trimmed & prepared ready for curing. We cure our hams using no phosphates, meaning no water is trapped in the meat. Tasty dry ham, as it should be.

Home produced ham, roasted, nothing added, not boiled before roasting, not marinated, not studded with cloves. Simple quality produce, cooked simply. Cut a bit thicker & served with a salad, cut thinner in a sandwich, diced & put in a quiche or omelette. Our ham is the king of cooked meats.
