Cumberland Sausage
Our sausages are homemade in house using RSPCA Freedom Foods pork, farmed near Easingwold. Colin & his family have supplied our pork for the last 20+ years. Colinโs 2 sons now work in the business ensuring our supply chain for the next generation. Made to our original recipe, we are constantly looking for new & interesting flavour profiles. Flavoursome sausage meat in the most tender sausage skin on the market.
A traditional Cumberland , black pepper & herbs (we do not serve in a twirl, just links).
For best results pan fry in a little oil or butter, if time is short, sling them in the oven 180c to an internal temperature of 72c. Or make a sausage a sausage casserole.
