Chicken master class, how to cut, bone, cook, rest & carve. Price £85 including supper & chicken to take home.
Starting with a full chicken (several actually), I shall demonstrate how we butcher the whole beast, the student will then be given a chicken to butcher (you will take this home with you).
Various cuts of chicken will be cooked & sampled during the class
Question & answer takes place while we indulge.
Which cut is best, how to make it go further, best value, why do we cook like that etc. etc.
