Our bones are boiled at 99c for a minimum of 12 hours, to gather all the collagen, nutrients and gelatine. We add some pork bones to all our bone broths because it has a much higher gelatin content, to achieve rich sticky broth. Use in casseroles, stews, Sunday roast gravies. A more delicate flavour than the beef bone broth.
