BBQ ribs

The pork used when we butcher & prepare our bacon is RSPCA Freedom Foods pork, farmed near Easingwold. Colin & his family have supplied our pork for the last 20+ years. Colinโ€™s 2 sons now work in the business ensuring our supply chain for the next generation.

Our ribs are slowly steamed to leave them meltingly tender, then slathered in a BBQ marinade.

Roast for 20 minutes at 180c in the cooking bag they come in, or sling on the bbq to heat through. Served with salad, rice, or just on their own with a tea towel wrapped round you neck.
