Our beef comes from Frank & family at Malham, reared on limestone moors, are a Native breed, grass fed and free range. No artificial fertiliser has been used on the land since the family arrived in 1929.
Our bones are boiled at 99c for a minimum of 12 hours, to gather all the collagen, nutrients and gelatine. We add some pork bones to all our bone broths because it has a much higher gelatin content, to achieve rich sticky broth. Use in casseroles, stews, Sunday roast gravies, or classic french onion soup. Or my favourite Vietnamese pho soup. Wonderful for gut health, skin health, hair & fingernails (just like granny’s beef tea). Google grass fed beef bone broth, itโs a super food.
