The Highland Cattle we use for our beef are raised on limestone moors above Malham, near Harrogate, and grazed on wild flower pasture, to give grass-fed beef an unequalled quality. Highland Beef is raised on a farm which lies around 1,800 feet above sea-level.
The farm lies within a European Area of Conservation that contains specific scientific interest. The cattle are free to roam and graze at will. To encourage bio-diversity, there’s been no use of artificial fertiliser for over 15 years.
